This Membership is provided as a public service and your usage of this service may be terminated at any time by the site operator without prior notice.  
Information submitted to the system should be considered confidential or private and will not reveal.

In order to use the Service, you are required to complete a registration form containing your first and last name, nationality, address, e-mail address, a user name and a password. You acknowledge that Fate reserves the right to refuse to grant you a user name that is already in use,

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Fate and its subsidiaries and affiliates and their respective directors, officers, shareholders, employees, agents, Service Provider Customers, clients and contractors from and against any loss, claim, demand, cost and expense (including reasonable legal fees) asserted by any third party due or arising from or in connection with your use of or conduct on the Service, your Content, your violation of the Terms of Agreement or your violation of any rights of another User. Fate reserves the right to assume the exclusive defence and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, which shall not excuse your indemnity obligations.

Amendments

This User agreement (the "Agreement") comprises the entire agreement between Fate and the User, and supersedes any prior agreements between the User and Fate with respect to the subject matter hereof. This Agreement does not supersede any additional terms and conditions of which User is notified by Fate and/or which may apply when using third party content or services. Fate may amend or revise this Agreement at any time and at its sole discretion, and such amendment or revision shall be effective upon posting of such revised agreement on the Fate web site (the "Web Site"). User hereby agrees to review this Agreement by accessing the Web Site periodically to become aware of any such revisions. If any revision is unacceptable to the User, the User may terminate the Agreement hereof. Continued use of the Services following the posting of the revised Agreement shall be deemed to be acceptance of all such revisions.

Termination

Either you or Fate may terminate your Account at any time without further obligation to the other. Further, Fate reserves the right to terminate the Service at any time without further obligation to you. if the service or your account is terminated or cancelled at any time for any reason, you agree to the following:

(1) you will be entitled to any refund or proration of account balance if delivery has not been but not the Fate Special points;
(2) you will lose any points accumulated and you will not have the right to transfer, sell or assign any points to anyone else;
(3) you may not access the service in any manner or for any reason, including via any other account. in the event that an account is terminated, Fate may terminate any and all other accounts that share the member name, phone number, email address, internet protocol address or credit card number with the terminated account;
(4) we may terminate this Agreement (including your Account) immediately and without notice if you breach this Agreement , or if we are unable to verify or authenticate any information you provide to us, or upon account activity whatsoever which is, in our sole discretion, inappropriate and/or in violation of the Fate web site. If we terminate this Agreement under any circumstances, you will lose access to your Account and Special Points.

Only members of the Fate web site will have the rights to obtain points and purchase from the Fate specials section.

Please note that we do not provide refunds of Fate Special Points.

Only Members of the Fate web site can purchase items from this section of the web site with either Fate special points and/or can be paid for. Members will also have certain discounts throughout the Fate web site.

Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are only added on at the end of ordering process this is usually from $50.00 NZD. We do not reflect this fee on our items posted on the web site as this works out to be a cheaper cost to all items posted on the web site. So if you decide to buy more than one item, it will be better to make a purchase with one order rather than making two separate orders and paying the shipping fee twice. These prices are subject to change without notice.


Members Section

This website shopping is divided the member purchase and the non-member purchases
in to two kinds.

a. Non-registrations members’ purchase

May directly purchase once they have honestly
completed all information in the contact method section.
In order for us to promptly obtain the relation with you.

b. Members purchasing way：

(I) Under the members’ account they may fill in as many addresses as they want for postal
purposes

(2) The members’ account may access their shopping bill where we do not need to examine
the members’ mailbox and may promptly choose “Pays money” which informs us your
payment situation and we deliver the goods at the same time. Members also may facilitate
to see our tracking service, delivery goods and order numbers. After the goods have been
received by the registered customers and discover the goods are faulty. They may contact
us straight away and we will do our best to assist them with the problem.

Shop will enjoy a special bonus during Christmas time every year. Special Items will be
for sale which cannot be purchased with normal payment method but can he claimed with

Registered users on our site may have an account with us where
they may top it up with credit for convince(at users discretion)
Members can view their remaining credit and purchases online
Registered users with accounts may track their goods with our online
tracking services. Any extra or remaining credit will be put back on to
the registered members’ account, if account is terminated no special points will be credited or refunded.
